Regarding the GP Practice, here are colours that I think would be the most relevant to be used within the brand identity:
Light yellow - associated with intellect, freshness and joy
Aqua - associates with emotional healing and protection
Light blue - associated with health, healing, tranquility, understanding and softness
White - associated with light, goodness, innocence, purity and virginity. It is considered to be the colour of perfection.
Pantone colour of the year was 15-5519 Turquoise, an inviting, luminous hue. Combining the serene qualities of blue and the invigorating aspects of green, Turquoise inspires thoughts of soothing, tropical waters and a comforting escape from the everyday troubles of the world, while at the same time restoring our sense of wellbeing. However, a Honeysuckle pantone colour was named Pantone 2011 colour of the year. Here
It is said to be encouraging and uplifting, captivating and stimulating in times of stress to get the adrenaline going and to ward off the blues. Therefore it is quite a relevant colour, even if it may not be an obvious, common colour to be used for a GP Practice.
